We hope you are happy with everything you buy from Baby Travel. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-calendar day returns policy.

You can return any unused item for a refund or exchange as long as they’re in a re-saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags still attached.

Or we can arrange for our recommended courier to collect your items at a charge of £40.To arrange a collection please call our Customer Care team.

Once the products are returned, inspected by our returns team, a refund to the original payment method will be applied within 3 working days.

No return charges will be incurred if a product has arrived damaged or faulty.
