Very good service, good value for money, almost too efficient in that it actually arrived a day ahead of schedule. This could have presented a problem if I had not happened to be in. Also, I was told I would get a phone call re the delivery slot but actually it was an email that I didn't pick up until after the parcel arrived! Perhaps more accuracy needed in future to avoid any difficulties? Overall though, very satisfied.
